Yosemite National Park Glacier Point Elopement

When Madison and Dallas reached out to me about photographing their epic Yosemite Elopement at Glacier point, I was so excited to start the planning! Madison and Dallas traveled from Utah to Yosemite and celebrated their special day in the most extraordinary way in an even more intimate space. There are so many incredible moments from this day that bring a smile to my face.

There were so many unknowns leading up to the day. From the fires here in Nor-Cal to the park closing, to COVID! Many things were up in the air, and we were lucky enough to have everything come so perfectly together. We started the day at Glacier Point, where M+D tied the knot with epic views of Half Dome in the background. We then made our way to the valley floor at Cooks meadow loop for those epic shots in the fields and ended at a cute spot below Yosemite Falls where we put together the reception table and FEASTED!

Every chance I get to visit Yosemite and share the breathtaking views with people who have never been to the park is priceless. The faces I have seen after they stare straight up El Cap and spot climbers on the rocks or when we walk up at Glacier Point and see Halfdome–Pure gold!

Every day is so unique, and each couple brings their personalities to every session, but when Madison and Dallas arrived at the park, they were PREPARED! Madison styled her reception table down to the charcuterie board to the garland on the table. The details from this day take my breath away!!!

What a wonderful day this was that I would not soon be forgetting :) Madison + Dallas, you two took the cake on this one 😉 Congrats to you both!
